Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. While Opsentry is in early access, every feature is free for every account. We'd rather earn your trust with a product you can fully evaluate than gate features behind a paywall on day one.
What happens when paid plans launch?
Early-access users will be told well in advance, will keep their data, and will get a generous free tier plus preferential pricing. We will never silently convert a free account into a paid one.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Signing up takes an email address and about two minutes — your status page is live as soon as you add your first service.
Are there limits on services or team members?
Early-access accounts get sensible fair-use limits rather than hard caps. If you have an unusual workload — hundreds of services, very high check frequency — talk to us and we'll set you up.
Can I use my own branding on the status page?
Yes — your logo, your colors, and custom CSS are included. See status pages for everything the public page supports.
